I wanted a very simple, real Gore-Tex rain jacket that can layer well w/o being baggy, lightweight without being flimsy, with decent sized slit pockets and pit-zip ventilation. This ticks all the boxes at a very-reasonable price. OR makes solid stuff and has never failed me.
