What's SUP at MHO?

The weather is warming up, the days are longer, and that dang sunlight has you in a chipper mood. You probably have more energy now, too. That all plays into the science of sunlight exposure: brighter colors affecting your mood, melatonin levels efficiently regulating your sleep, and the secretion of endorphins making you happier overall.

Well, we aren't scientists, but we do know how to get out and be active. We compiled a list of events and classes you can take advantage of at no cost to you. This is the perfect opportunity to discover if yoga is your "thing," if Zumba is as fun as it looks, or if paddleboarding is really as intimidating as you thought it was. Take advantage of your energy and this beautiful weather!
